Original Artwork & Prints

• All sales are final on original paintings and limited-edition prints due to the nature and uniqueness of the work.

• If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We will work with you to replace or refund the item if applicable.

• We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or minor color/texture differences due to screen variations.

Custom or Commissioned Work

• A non-refundable deposit is required to begin any commission.

• Once work has begun, no full refunds will be issued.

• If you are unhappy with the final piece, I will make reasonable adjustments (within the agreed scope). Refunds are only given if the artist cannot fulfill the agreed-upon concept, and at the artist's discretion.

Digital Products

• Due to the nature of digital files, no refunds or exchanges are allowed on downloads unless the file is defective or corrupt. Please reach out within 3 days of download with any issues.

Shipping Errors

• If your package is lost or incorrectly delivered due to an address error you provided, we cannot offer a refund. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.

• To avoid errors pertaining to sizing, please utilize the sizing measurements available in the product description.

• Please ensure all clothing items being returned have their original tags intact and remain unworn. Please be aware that when returning an item for any reason, the responsibility for the items lies with you until Meghan Kincheloe receives them.
